Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a focus on AI and Agentforce for delivery in India. The role involves designing end-to-end Salesforce AI-powered solutions, collaborating with customers, managers, developers, and UX teams to translate complex business needs into scalable designs.

You will work across architecture, software engineering, data, and emerging AI technologies, establishing best practices and reusable assets while exploring novel AI capabilities

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development, including at least 4 years with Salesforce in a development capacity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python/Java/C#.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end technical solutions for Agentforce and Salesforce AI technologies across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions with project managers, developers, and designers.

This role offers the opportunity to architect and deliver advanced Salesforce solutions powered by AI and Agentforce.
You will work across the full project lifecycle, from solution design and discovery through development, testing, and deployment.
The position combines Salesforce architecture, software engineering, automation, data, and emerging agentic AI technologies.
You will collaborate closely with customers, project managers, developers, solution architects, and UX designers to turn complex business needs into scalable solutions.
A key focus will be exploring the capabilities of Agentforce and designing intelligent experiences that deliver measurable business value.
You will also help establish technical best practices, reusable assets, and scalable approaches for AI-enabled Salesforce implementations.

Accountabilities

• Architect and own end-to-end technical solutions for Agentforce and related Salesforce and AI technologies, covering design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate customer and business requirements into scalable, well-architected technical solutions in collaboration with project managers, developers, solution architects, and UX designers.
• Design agentic solutions, including topics, instructions, actions, automations, code, deployment approaches, and supporting data structures.
• Explore the capabilities and limitations of Agentforce and identify innovative approaches that can improve business outcomes.
• Establish scalable practices for ingesting and managing data within Salesforce to support agentic and AI-powered solutions.
• Follow and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, as well as developments across generative AI platforms and technologies.
• Contribute hands-on development using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Visualforce.
• Help establish technical standards, reusable assets, and best practices that improve delivery quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Participate in customer discussions and technical discovery sessions, communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in application or software development, including at least 4 years working with Salesforce in a development capacity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, and/or Visualforce.
• Understanding of front-end web development principles, including HTML and CSS.
• Experience with source control, branching strategies, pull requests, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to design scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with Agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities is preferred.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, particularly Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
• A proactive, analytical mindset and an interest in exploring emerging AI technologies are highly valued.
