Job summary

Cognizant is hiring for Salesforce LWC Developers and Lead Developers. The role requires 4 to 12 years of experience and expertise in Salesforce LWC, Apex, Aura components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

The position is located across CTS locations with a hybrid model (3 days in office). The candidate should be adept at building and integrating Salesforce applications and should keep up with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• 4 to 12 years of Salesforce LWC development experience.
• Expertise with Apex, Aura components, and LWC.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, process automation, and integrations to meet client-specific needs.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SOQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data within the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement solutions that adhere to best practices and maintainable code standards.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications and features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and standards.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and solution designs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technical concerns.
