Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) based solutions.
• Build responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate LWC components with Apex, Salesforce data models, and external services.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Flows.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Optimize Lightning application performance and user experience.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues.
• Participate in design discussions, estimations, and sprint planning.

Job Requirements

• 5 to 14 years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform customization and development using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.
• Experience in building reusable, scalable, and high-performance LWC components.
• Experience with Lightning Data Service, Apex Controllers, Wire Service, and Client-Side Navigation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other declarative features.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for Lightning applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
