We're looking for an experienced and passionate Salesforce Lead Engineer who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading high-performing teams, and delivering scalable, impactful Salesforce solutions.
As a key technical leader within our Salesforce practice, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and enterprise integrations. You'll work alongside talented colleagues across multiple geographies, driving innovation, establishing engineering best practices, and influencing architectural decisions that support Civica's long-term digital strategy.
