Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites candidates for a face-to-face Walk-In Interview for Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) in Bengaluru on 5-Sep-2026. The role focuses on designing and implementing customer, partner, and employee communities, using LWC, Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.

Strong knowledge of Experience Builder, Security Model, and REST/SOAP integrations is required. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and CI/CD deployment processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience in building Customer, Partner, and Employee Communities.
• Expertise in Experience Builder, Community Templates, Branding, and Customization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Experience integrating Experience Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions for customer, partner, and employee communities.
