We are currently seeking a Digital Technology Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttaranchal, India.

Responsibilities
  • DevOps/Release Engineer who understand the Salesforce Metadata objects and relationships
  • Support and transform the Salesforce ORG and Repository
  • Deploy all code and config changes to different environments for build teams, break fixes and enhancement
  • Manage two to three production releases every month
  • Own and maintain version control repositories and CI/CD pipelines on Bitbucket and Azure DevOps
  • Possess knowledge of Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, VS Code, GIT, Workbench, OwnBackup, Data Loader
  • Possess knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools like Copado/Gearset
  • Possess omnistudio knowledge
  • Provision and govern user access to Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs
  • Knowledge of Source Control & Branching: clone, branching, PRs, conflict resolution, merge issues
  • Experience with Salesforce configurations including Custom Object, Fields, Object Relationships, Apex classes, Workflow Rule, Process Builder, Validation Rule, Sharing Rule, Data security, Approval Process, Page Layout, Record Types, Data Import/Export Wizard, Data Loader
  • Create sandboxes and prepare them for project development
  • Define and refresh full sandboxes at regular intervals
  • Ensure 80% or more test class coverage prior to UAT/STG/Prod deployment
  • Understand Salesforce Data model and Data loading skills
  • Communicate release schedule and changes to stakeholders
  • Coordinate branching and merging strategies with development and QA teams
  • Drive release process improvement initiatives
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect schedule or release scope
  • Demonstrate hands-on skills and the ability to convert complex business problems into simple technological solutions, while tracking KPI and project deliverables
