This role involves building the foundation for the design, development, configuration, monitoring, and verification of our enterprise systems. As our organization expands rapidly, you will be responsible for ongoing improvements and ensuring systems deliver reliable, secure, and effective functionality.

Responsibilities

• User & System Management: Handle user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, data security, and license management.
• Configuration & Automation: Use Flow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, and record types for declarative solutions.
• Development (Code): Build custom applications, triggers, controllers (Apex), and UIs (Lightning Components, Visualforce).
• Data Management: Import/export data, ensure data quality, manage deduplication, and create reports and dashboards.
• Integration: Manage third‑party system integrations and API usage.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from business users, provide training, and offer ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or comparable.
• 3+ years of developer experience.
• Experience using Force.com technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is required.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing is a plus.
• Experience integrating CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in data management and manipulation is a plus.
• Experience with Boomi is a plus.
