Job summary

• Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce applications and processes. Develop and implement Salesforce triggers, workflows, and approval processes to support business functions.
• Perform data migrations, implement data models, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations to leverage new functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth system performance.
