Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  
• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
  
• Develop scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and platform limits.
  

Service Cloud & Experience Cloud

• Customize and enhance Service Cloud features including case management, queues, and agent productivity tools.
  
• Develop and support Experience Cloud (Communities) for partner and customer-facing applications.
  
• Ensure seamless user experiences across internal and external Salesforce platforms.
  

Integrations

• Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Support data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
  

Administration & Configuration

• Perform Salesforce administration tasks including object configuration, workflows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.
  
• Support deployments and environment management across sandboxes and production.
  
• Assist with release management and post-deployment validation.
  

Collaboration & Communication
