Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead – Field Sales who will be responsible for managing a team of field sales executives, driving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2C field sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5–6 field sales executives.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s residential customer base.
  • Conduct field visits to manage lead conversions and support team members.
  • Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
  • Identify and explore new channels or partnerships to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales funnel via CRM/sales software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the sales process.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech); MBA preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in managing field sales teams.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in solar, Real estate, NBFC, Automobile, Edtech, FMCG, or consumer durables.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
