Job summary

DNV Industrial Product Assurance is seeking a seasoned Sales Support and Planning Officer in Vadodara to support customers and coordinate certification projects across Hazardous Area, Welding, Pressure Equipment, Construction Products, Machinery, and Battery schemes.

You will prepare quotations, NGQ data entry, and coordinate with technical teams and finance to ensure timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant experience in Industrial Product Certification.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience preferably with notified body.
• Shall have knowledge of Industrial Product Certification and relevant EU directives.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent communication.
• Familiar with use of Oracle application.

Responsibilities

• Vendor registration as per request from client.
• Support business development executive for client follow up as required.
• Preparation of quotations and NGQ data entry.
• Coordination with GCU for technical approvals.
• Scheduling activities in NGPS.
• Coordination with technical teams.
• Coordination with finance for invoicing.
• IORA creation and related operational activities.

About The Role

DNV Industrial Product Assurance is vertical within the Offshore Class organization.

DNV Industrial Product Assurance service portfolio is set up to certify equipment for industries to operate safely. With DNV’s global presence and deep expertise our work gives customers the confidence and “license to operate” in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

Through independent testing, inspection, certification, and related support services, we assure compliance with international standards, EU directives, and national regulations enabling market access and reducing risk.

Sales support and planning officer will be responsible for Industrial Product Assurance within the areas of Hazardous Area, Welding, Pressure Equipment, Construction Products, Machinery, and Battery. scheme service portfolio.
