To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Sales Specialist - Proposals, you will also be responsible for:

  • Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.
  • Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
  • Handling targeted clients
  • Discussing sales approach with manager.
  • Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
  • Handliing Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Proposal).
