Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales for NDT materials including penetrant testing solutions, magnetic particle inspection powders, UV LED systems, leak detection kits, and industrial cleaners.
  • Conduct product demos, training sessions, and service support for NDT teams and inspectors.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with QA/QC, maintenance, and procurement teams in Gujarat.
  • Achieve sales targets, expand distribution coverage, and maintain regular follow-up.
  • Provide feedback and technical insights to support product customization and local market readiness.
  • Support customers in aligning with ISO, ASTM, EN, ASME NDT standards for compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in foundries, automotive, engineering, fabrication, and heavy industries across Gujarat.
  • Provide technical support and application guidance for defect detection, weld inspection, surface quality checks, and casting integrity.
Candidate Profile
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in NDT materials sales or field service, preferably with similar technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of penetrant testing, MPI, UV-based crack detection, and NDT workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conducting demos and training.
  • Networked with Foundry, Manufacturing, Automotive, or QA/QC contacts in Gujarat.
  • Self-driven, with a strategic mindset and ability to travel for customer visits and exhibitions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
