Job summary

Alter Domus seeks a detail oriented Onboarding Analyst to assist in migrating clients from legacy systems to Alter Domus applications. You will analyze data, prepare imports, and support post-migration adoption across client teams.

Fluency in English, a background in accounting/economics/IT, and experience with accounting systems will be advantageous. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics or IT.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• Team spirit and takes initiative without direction when appropriate.
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role is an advantage.
• First experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clients onboarding under direction of Platform Delivery Team lead.
• Attend planning and setup meetings to understand client requirements.
• Analyze client historical data – structural, transactional and accounting.
• Prepare, execute & reconcile data imports from previous systems.
• Attend post migration meetings and ensure adoption by client teams.
• Provide training and monitor users’ acceptance of the new setup.
• Act as first level of support when needed.
• Escalate issues to ensure benefits are realized from migration.
• Collaborate closely with the Platform Delivery Team lead.

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to assist with clients onboarding under direction of the Platform Delivery Team lead.

Your Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the clients onboarding from legacy asset servicers/internal systems to AlterDomus applications landscape
• Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements
• Analyze client’s historical data – structural, transactional and accounting
• Prepare, execute & reconcile data imports based on outputs from previous systems
• Attend post migration meetings
• Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new set up
• Ensure users adoption of the projects by providing training and monitoring the users' acceptance
• Act as a first level of support when needed
• Have a vested interest in the success of the migrations and ensure that benefits are being realized as part of the project
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team lead and escape any issues or concerns

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics or IT.
• You are fluent in English
• You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• You possess team spirit and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate)
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• A first experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.
