• Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
• Sales Targets Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for products or services.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with micro-business owners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Product Presentation & Guidance: Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
• Documentation & Onboarding: Collect necessary documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, and facilitate smooth onboarding or loan disburals.
