Role & responsibilities

• Visit retail shops daily as per route plan (beat).
• Take orders from retailers using a mobile app (e.g., Bizom).
• Ensure products are delivered to retailers on time.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Add new shops to increase market coverage.
• Display products properly (visibility and branding).
• Share market feedback and competitor activity.
• Work closely with the distributor for stock and delivery.
• Report daily work using mobile or reporting tools
