About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales & Marketing professional from the construction chemical industry to lead our business development and expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in sales of admixtures, waterproofing chemicals, tile adhesives, dry mix mortars, cement, and RMC.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the technical and commercial aspects of construction products and can drive strategicgrowth.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales and marketing operations for construction chemicals, including admixtures, waterproofing, tile adhesives, dry mix mortars, and related products.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales team, ensuring performance and territory coverage.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and project consultants.
  • Identify new market segments, projects, and business opportunities across India.
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for product development and customization as per client needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage key accounts, high‑value projects, and institutional sales.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic planstomanagement.
