The role focuses on strategic sales planning, customer acquisition, and building lasting relationships with cosmetic brands, manufacturers, distributors, salons. Candidates should have 2-3 years in Sales & Marketing in cosmetics, good communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, target-oriented

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development in the Cosmetics, Beauty or Personal Care industry.
Experience in nail care, eyelash products, cosmetic adhesives or related products will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
Existing network in the cosmetics industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers and business opportunities in the cosmetics and beauty industry.
Generate leads, conduct customer visits and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with cosmetic brands, manufacturers, distributors, dealers and salons.
Understand market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order coordination.
Identify new markets and opportunities for cosmetic adhesive products.
Attend exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events within and outside Pune, whenever required, for lead generation and business development.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions as required.
