Designation: Sales Manager Therapeutic Treatment (TT)
Department: Medical Devices
Location: Ahmedabad/Mumbai
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Business Unit Head
Experience Required: 1-6 years in Medical Device Sales (Therapeutic Segment preferred)

Position Summary

The Sales Manager TT will be responsible for driving sales growth for the Therapeutic Treatment product portfolio within the assigned territory. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and providing clinical support for medical devices used in therapeutic applications.

Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Therapeutic Treatment product range.
  • Identify new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and key accounts.
  • Plan and execute territory‑specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and device trials in customer facilities.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Nephrologists, Intensivists, Surgeons, Physicians, and Biomedical Engineers.
  • Engage with hospital procurement teams, supply chain, and store departments for order finalization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to product features, applications, and usage.
Market Expansion & Channel Management
  • Develop and manage the distribution network to ensure product availability and market coverage.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to support sales activities, lead generation, and business conversions.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify business expansion opportunities.
Clinical & Technical Support
  • Provide hands‑on support during clinical evaluations, installations, and usage training of therapeutic devices.
  • Partner with application specialists and clinical educators to ensure smooth device adoption in hospitals.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards.
Reporting & MIS
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales performance, leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly updates for management review.
  • Ensure proper documentation of trials, installations, and customer feedback.
Key Skills Required
  • Strong understanding of medical devices, especially in therapeutic applications (e.g., renal care, respiratory therapy, infusion therapy, pain management).
  • Excellent sales planning, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to engage with clinicians and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelors Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1-6 years of experience in therapeutic medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in hospital/clinical segments.
  • Experience in handling devices related to Therapeutic Treatment (e.g., PD/CAPD, infusion devices, respiratory therapy, rehab devices, etc.).
  • Strong network with clinicians and hospital decision‑makers.
