Job summary

Hilton in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager to drive group sales, manage corporate accounts, and expand revenue across rooms, catering, and F&B. Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel Corporate, MICE, or Group room sales.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and managing key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner Survey).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support exceptional service delivery: coordinate fulfillment of contracted services and uphold client satisfaction.
  • Inspire and develop the team: supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive environment.
