Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a field-oriented professional in India to drive business by acquiring new customers and expanding the affordable mortgage reach. You will nurture partnerships with connectors, referral partners and DSAs, while enhancing market share and geographic penetration.

You will ensure strong customer engagement, manage file processing digitally, and oversee NPA and collections with vendor liaison. A post graduate with 3–5 years in channel management is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate qualification with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in channel management for Prime product.

Responsibilities

• Driving business through acquiring new customers in the allocated region to improve affordable reach.
• Nurturing relationships with sourcing partners - Connectors, Referral Partners and DSA.
• Increasing market share of affordable mortgage and deeper geographic penetration.
• Ensuring high levels of engagement for pre and post customer service.
• Login of files and ensuring smooth processing using digital methods.
• Complete control of NPA and Collections/overdue cases sourced.
• Maintaining portfolio health by ensuring lend-to-collect culture across the process.
• Liaison with and management of legal, technical, collection, FI and RCU vendors.
