Profile Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  2. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  3. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.
  4. Organize and conduct property visits, facilitate buyer‑seller negotiations, and complete transactions.
Strategic Relationship
  1. Leverage existing networks and explore new avenues to identify suitable channel partners.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property developers.
  3. Oversee the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to closing.
Reporting & Analysis
  1. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
