Sales Manager – Consumer Durable Loan (Open Market)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the customer segmentation, sales trends in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics, etc. to assess the potential for business.
  • Conduct trainings at the branch for all banking partners around regulatory guidelines and products.
  • Plan for activation of branches through R&R activities to increase penetration in active branches and realize the full potential of the bank partner in the given geography.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Drive campaigns/contests for the partner bank to drive sales in profitable segments.
  • Assist banking partners in pitching products to crucial customers and driving sales closures.
  • Identify cross‑sell opportunities for existing customers.
  • New acquisition of banking partners.
  • Gather market information of potential partners, analyze partner profile and customer mix to identify the best product fitment from the BAGIC portfolio, and assess profitability and viability of the partnership.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and brief them about BAGIC products; offer lucrative products in coordination with the Vertical Head.
  • Service orientation.
  • Engage with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity, including everyday servicing and policy issuance.
  • Gather relevant documents from customers post‑sale and submit them to the operations team; gather additional data/documents as required.
  • Resolve operational issues faced by partners to ensure a smooth experience while working with BAGIC.
  • Provide support for cancellation requests and policy endorsements; process and track such requests in coordination with the internal ops team to ensure ease of process and approvals for partners.
  • Support partners to register claims on behalf of customers and coordinate to ensure approvals within agreed timelines.
