Job summary

Godrej Industries Group (GIG) seeks an experienced sales professional to drive Affordable Housing product sales. You will plan monthly and quarterly AH strategies, manage relationships with DSAs and connectors, and push branch goals while ensuring smooth documentation and customer support.

You will coordinate with support teams to maintain fast service delivery, report on MIS metrics, and cross-sell Insurance and related products in a customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience in housing/financial services.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to plan and execute monthly/quarterly sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Affordable Housing products for the organization.
• Plan & execute AH strategy for month/quarter to exceed branch goals.
• Manage relationships with DSA, connectors & sources of business leads.
• Control and monitor distribution network and plan promotions.
• Handle documentation and support customers with application files.
• Coordinate with support functions for faster turnaround times.
• Provide loan status updates to customers and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer-centric culture and MIS reporting.
• Cross-sell Insurance and related products.

Job Description

• Sell Affordable Housing products for the organization.
• Plan & execute the AH strategy for the month/ quarter to ensure branch goals are overachieved.
• Relationship management with DSA, connectors & individual concerns where business leads source from.
• Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities
• Handling the documentation and supporting customers with building the application files mitigating issues
• Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery
• Feed backing to customers on loan status & resolution required
• Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.
• Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
• Cross sell of Insurance and related products.
