Sales Manager – Extra-Eyewear Packaging Division

We are searching for a forward‑thinking Sales Manager to develop and execute our sales strategy for non‑eyewear packaging clients.

Your Role

As Sales Manager for the Extra‑Eyewear Division, you will take ownership of developing and executing our sales strategy for non‑eyewear packaging clients. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key accounts, and partner closely with design, production and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and reflect our brand’s high standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales growth in the extra‑eyewear packaging market (fashion, accessories, cosmetics, jewelry, etc.).
  • Identify, approach and secure new clients across target industries and geographies.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, R&D, production) to create tailored packaging solutions that reflect client brand values and market trends.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a focus on long‑term partnerships.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and market developments to management.
Main Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within packaging, luxury goods or premium consumer products industries.
  • Strong business development skills from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach.
