Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end‑to‑end sales for luxury residential projects.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients.
  • Work closely with top A‑grade developers to drive project sales.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Maintain market intelligence and competitor knowledge across Mumbai micro‑markets.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • 3 to 8 years of mandatory experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of handling HNI/Ultra HNI clientele.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with luxury projects in South Mumbai, Central Mumbai, and Suburbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
