Job summary

Enrich Talents in Mumbai invites a dynamic Relationship Manager / Sales Manager to drive PMS and AIF product sales. You will acquire HNIs, UHNIIs, Family Offices, and other investors, leveraging a strong wealth management network.

You will expand distributor relationships with MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, and CPAs, while growing AUM through direct and channel sales and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing/Commerce or related discipline.
• 3–6 years experience in Wealth Management, PMS, AIF, or Private Banking.
• Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients or distributors.
• Excellent sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets and investment products.
• NISM certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new HNI, UHNI, Family Office, and Corporate clients for PMS & AIF products.
• Develop and expand relationships with distributors including MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, Chartered Accountants, and other channel partners.
• Generate new business and increase AUM through direct and channel sales.
• Build, maintain, and service existing client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
• Develop new Distributors and maintain relationships with existing distributors and their RMs.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager / Sales Manager to drive sales of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) by acquiring and servicing High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs (UHNIs), Family Offices, and other eligible investors. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the wealth management ecosystem and a proven track record in investment product distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new HNI, UHNI, Family Office, and Corporate clients for PMS & AIF products.
• Develop and expand relationships with distributors including MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, Chartered Accountants, and other channel partners.
• Generate new business and increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through direct and channel sales.
• Build, maintain, and service existing client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
• Develop new Distributors and maintain relationships with existing distributors and their RMs.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
