Position Title: Sales Manager (SME Segment)

Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieving business targets as decided from time to time
  • Recruitment of competent team for all assigned products from time to time
  • Continuous training and motivating the team to achieve business targets and follow business processes
  • Recruitment and management of intermediaries like CA's for generating the required business
  • To ensure the quality of the portfolio is maintained as per company norms
  • To ensure adherence to the company credit policy and processes
  • To build up relationship with prospective and current clients
  • Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity & Quality
