Skillventory in India is seeking a Sales Manager for the Agency Channel in Health Insurance. You will recruit and onboard insurance advisors, build a strong agency network, and drive sales through the channel to hit targets.

The role requires 1+ year in health, life, or general insurance sales, strong communication and relationship skills, and willingness to work in field sales with local market expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline as per company norms.
• 1+ year of experience in Health Insurance / Life Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI / Agency Sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors will be an advantage.
• Good communication, sales and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-sales environment.
