Job Description Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager
Location: Cuttack
Department: Sales
Reporting To: AGM Sales

1. Job Purpose

To lead the sales team, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process for company projects.

2. Key Responsibilities
Site Visit Coordination
  • Contact clients to schedule site visits and confirm appointments.
  • Ensure the site, sample flat, and related areas are well maintained before the visit.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, security, and site staff for seamless visit flow.
Client Handling
  • Greet clients professionally at the site and verify visit details.
  • Provide a complete walkthrough of the property, amenities, pricing, and USPs.
  • Address customer questions and provide accurate project information, highlight value propositions and guide clients toward next steps.
Sales Support
  • Share client feedback with the sales team for follow-up.
  • Assist the sales team with documentation, application forms, and initial discussions.
  • Support in converting site visits into bookings by creating strong engagement.
Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain daily site visit logs, walk‑in registers, and prepare report as per requirement.
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals (brochures, pricing sheets, etc.) are updated and available.
  • Maintain professionalism and hospitality standards at all times.
Customer Experience
  • Ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for clients at the site.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
