Chola invites applications for a SME Sales Intern in Chennai for a 6-month internship. You will help identify SMEs, assist in sales outreach, and support the sales team with meetings and follow-ups.

You'll present product information to prospective SME clients, maintain client interaction records, and coordinate with internal teams to onboard new SME accounts. You will also participate in branch-level sales campaigns and learn sales techniques under mentors.

Qualifications

• Age 18 to 25 years.
• Freshers, students, diploma holders, graduates and postgraduates eligible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and interact with SME clients.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales processes.

SME Sales Intern

Location: Chennai

Duration: 6 months internship

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for sales opportunities.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Present product/service information to prospective SME clients.
• Maintain records of client interactions and update sales reports regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of SME clients.
• Participate in branch-level sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Learn and apply sales techniques under the guidance of senior mentors.

Stipend

Total stipend Rs.9,000 per month (Company: Rs.900, Government DBT: Rs.8,100) plus applicable PMIS benefits.
