Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand manpower requirements.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (field sales, key accounts, channel sales, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, documentation, and background verification.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new sales employees.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle: hire to retire for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation.
- Handle confirmations, role changes, transfers, promotions, and exits.
3. Performance Management
- Facilitate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals for Sales employees.
- Coordinate with Sales managers to track KPIs, targets, and productivity metrics.
- Support implementation of incentive and variable pay structures.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive engagement initiatives tailored for Sales teams.
- Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs for Sales employees in coordination with L&D.
- Support sales capability-building programs (product training, selling skills, leadership).
- Track training effectiveness and participation.
6. Compensation & Benefits Support
- Support salary structuring, incentive calculations, and payout processes for Sales roles.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate and timely payouts.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and statutory compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for Sales employees on HR-related matters.
- Support audits and internal HR compliance reviews.
8. Stakeholder Management
- Act as an HR partner to Sales Heads, Regional Managers, and Zonal Managers.
- Provide HR insights and people analytics to support business decisions.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably handling Sales HR in Steel manufacturing / metals / FMCG / industrial sectors/Building Material
