Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive (TSE/TSM) to drive adoption of PuREPower BESS solutions across Tamil Nadu, with a focus on the Harur region and surrounding Tier‑3 towns. The role is office‑based in Sangareddy, Telangana, and requires relocation from Harur.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead B2C and B2B sales for PuREPower BESS solutions.
• Build and expand dealer/distributor network.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Own and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Participate in a 1‑week training program to acquire product and sales methodology knowledge.
• Leverage qualified leads supplied by the company to focus on conversion.

Qualifications

• 6‑10 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong regional language fluency and deep channel relationships in Tier‑3 markets.
• Background in 2‑wheeler auto sales, inverter sales, battery sales, or related fields; direct BESS experience a plus.
• B.Tech, degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams or being a sales in‑charge.
• Willingness to relocate to Sangareddy. No relocation assistance is provided.
