Job description

PuREPower is seeking experienced Sales Executives (TSE/TSM) to drive our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions across India.

Role Overview

This is a full‑time, office‑based position located in our Sangareddy facility, Telangana. Successful candidates must relocate to Sangareddy.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2C and B2B sales of BESS products through dealer and distributor networks.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and nurture dealer/distributor relationships across UPS, inverter, battery replacement, and solar rooftop markets.
• Own monthly revenue targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of proven sales experience in related fields such as 2‑wheeler auto sales, inverter sales, battery sales, or similar.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Preferably holds a B.Tech, Degree, or MBA.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in local languages of Tamil Nadu.
• Willingness to relocate to Sangareddy, Telangana.
