Associative in Pune is seeking a Sales Executive - Experienced to join our growing team. You will engage with clients, assess needs, present solutions, and help close deals at our Pune office.
The role is full-time in-office. Requirements include 1–5 years of sales experience, an undergraduate degree, and the ability to work with Hindi, English and Marathi speakers. Own laptop is required. Salary is ₹60,000 per month plus incentives, PF, insurance, petrol allowance and a performance bonus.

- Salary Per Month: ₹60,000 + Incentives + PF + Insurance + Petrol Allowance + Performance Bonus
- Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Eligibility: This position is not intended for candidates who are currently pursuing their education or any full-time courses. We are seeking candidates ready to join a full-time role.
- Work Model: This is a full-time, in-office position at our Pune location. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
- Interview Format: This is a mandatory in-person interview. Virtual or online interviews are not available for any role.
- Direct Hiring: Associative is a 5‑year‑old software development company. We are hiring directly for our own team and are not an outsourcing agency or a recruitment consultancy.
