Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Support
  • Data Sourcing: Identifying Potential Contact of Customers from offline online sources.
  • Generate and Cultivate leads (Convert New Dealers).
  • Build Positive healthy and friendly Customer Relationships.
  • Skillfully Negotiate Win-Win Deals and agreements with clients.
  • Covering All Areas
  • To Arrange Samples if required. And samples of new products.
  • Understand Customer Product requirements take product training seriously.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
  • Collection of Payments on time.
Marketing Support
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Marketing Strategies.
  • Give Creative Ideas for Marketing after understanding of market.
  • Helps in Brand Promotions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Products and Services offered by the distributor.
Customer Service
  • Grow and Maintain Strong Rapport with Clients by regular visits.
  • Address client inquiries in a Professional Manner.
  • Proactively Gather Valuable Feedback from Customers.
  • Respond to Client Queries concerning product specifications and applications.
  • Be Interface between Customer and Office Team from giving quotations, delivery till after sales service.
