The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales and excellent client relationship management skills. This full-time role involves engaging with potential customers, conducting site visits, and collaborating with engineering teams. You will drive the sales process from inquiry to installation, ensuring client satisfaction and sales pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering, and system design fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and independent working abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess energy requirements and recommend customized solar solutions.
  • Perform site visits and surveys, collect technical information, and coordinate with design teams for proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
  • Provide clients with technical support and performance insights for proposed systems.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Guide customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to installation and after-sales support.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, solar technologies, and competitor activities.

You will engage with potential customers, identify their energy requirements, propose tailored solar solutions, and drive end-to-end sales execution.
