Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the production units and marketing team to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of products.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and patient approach.
  • Billing & Documentation: Handle Excel-based reporting, invoicing, and billing efficiently.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel & Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients, ensuring strong customer engagement and sales growth.
