Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Promote company products to both new and existing clients
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding payments and orders
  • Meet potential clients, give product presentations, and close deals
  • Provide timely reports and updates on sales performance to management
  • Adhere to Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and consistently meet targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (FMCG / Institutional sales preferred)
  • Must own a 2-wheeler for fieldwork
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent command of English and the local language (Kannada for Bangalore, Gujarati for Ahmedabad)

  • Good PR ability to build long-term client relationships
