Role & responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats to understand student needs.
  • Counsel prospective students about relevant courses based on their background and goals.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) for smooth onboarding.
  • Represent Studycafes values and maintain professional communication at all times.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in telesales, academic counseling, or EdTech is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of skill courses is preferred.
  • CRM and MS Office knowledge is a bonus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
