• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Agri-Fin and Tractor Loans segment
• The role involves enhancing the deposit base, cross-selling ficial products, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail liabilities, sales exposure, and leadership capabilities
• Enhance the deposit pool and drive cross-selling of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance
• Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability (P&L)
• Oversee branch administration and manage team productivity and morale
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and vertical teams for service and sales initiatives
• Support customer delight by coordinating across service cycle units
