Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to drive our inside sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and supporting researchers, academicians, and academic institutions to promote and expand the reach of ManuscriptEdit services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, including individual researchers, academicians, and academic institutions.
  • Implement targeted outreach strategies via emails, calls, and online platforms.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions.
Client Engagement & Account Management
  • Promote and explain ManuscriptEdit’s services to researchers and institutional contacts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, editorial) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Present ManuscriptEdit’s services clearly and effectively.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and analyze sales performance for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with trends in academic publishing and publication support services.
  • Generative AI knowledge to create lead generation related to these services.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 0–4 years of relevant experience in inside sales, academic services, or publication-related sales. Freshers with good English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
