Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring a full‑time retail associate at Lulu Mall, Kochi, India. You will work toward monthly and daily targets, drive in‑store displays, demonstrate perfumes, and help customers identify the right fragrance while upholding store standards.

Freshers are welcome; graduates with 2 years in retail are preferred. Strong communication and multilingual abilities are highly valued to deliver excellent service and represent MYOP’s fragrance range.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to store etiquette and store timing.
• Completion of trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products.
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Placing stock requests to HO.
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to CX dept if required.
