Job summary

KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LIMITED is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL to lead a team of 5–7 DSTs, drive productivity, and build tie-ups with manufacturers, dealers, and channel partners in semi-urban and rural markets.

You will coordinate with credit and operations for smooth disbursement, manage client relationships, and push cross-sell of non-deposit products while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle financing (CV/CE/MUVs preferred).
• Knowledge of sale-purchase broker.
• Go-getter attitude with strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Enhance deposit pool and drive cross-selling of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
• Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability (P&L).
• Oversee branch administration and manage team productivity and morale.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and vertical teams for service and sales initiatives.
• Support customer delight by coordinating across service cycle units.

Job Role- : Lead and Guide a Team of 5 to 7 DST’s and ensure productivity. Interaction with manufacturers/dealers/sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural market for sourcing business. Tie-up with channel partners & associates for sales program. Ensure development of direct and indirect team. Interaction with credit for loan applications and operations for smooth disbursement. Follow-up on Infant delinquent cases and managing PDD’s.

Job Requirements
