Job summary

Machine Tools India Limited is seeking a metrology-focused professional in Mumbai to understand what customers must measure and to what tolerance, and to offer coordinate measuring, optical, roughness and gauging systems that fit, with MTI metrology engineers.

You will visit quality labs and inspection rooms to identify parts, features and tolerances, collaborate with MTI metrology engineers to select appropriate measuring solutions, and prepare quotations that you will drive to order.

Responsibilities

• Visit quality labs and inspection rooms and note the parts, features and tolerances to be measured
• Work with MTI metrology engineers to match a measuring system to the inspection job
• Prepare quotations and follow each one through to an order
• Stay in touch after installation for calibration, service and training
