The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs, helping to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves traveling to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and detailed product information to prospective clients.
• Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, address any concerns, and provide expert advice to ensure successful implementation and usage of our products.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals and documentation, ensuring that all technical aspects are accurately represented.
• Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and the market to contribute to product improvements and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
