About the Role

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting industrial automation products. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth order processing and payment follow-up. The candidate will maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate internally for seamless execution, and work towards achieving sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking & market research
  • Promote and sell automation products (CIJ/TTO/TIJ/Laser Printers, sensors, encoders, conveyors)
  • Understand client needs, provide demos, negotiate terms & close deals
  • Prepare quotations, track orders & follow up on payments
  • Maintain strong customer relationships & provide post-sales support
  • Share sales reports (pipeline, orders, payments) with management
