Job summary

RSM India is seeking a Sales Development Supervisor within the Enterprise Sales organization. This senior role drives personal pipeline generation while providing leadership, coaching, and performance support for Sales Development Associates.

You will act as a player-coach, guide the SDR team, and collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Industry Teams to meet and exceed territory quotas. Bachelor's degree preferred and a track record of pipeline generation is required.
