We are seeking an experienced Sales & Development Manager/Sr. Manager with at least 7-12 years of experience for Kolkata location.

Role Requirement
  • Education: Any Graduate or MBA preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 7-12 years of hands-on experience in similar profile.
  • Industry Exposure: Must have working experience in Textile Industry, FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Technology & Compliance
  • Ensure SFA implementation across brands and states.
  • Drive daily active usage of the SFA platform by the field team.
  • Increase DMS utilization with secondary invoicing processed through DMS.
Field Discipline & Coverage Excellence
  • Enforce weekly Journey Plan (JP) adherence with GPS-based check-in/out.
  • Monitor daily TC, PC, EC metrics and drive gap closure through weekly reporting.
  • Maintain beat hygiene, including accurate outlet master data.
  • Improve Depth of Penetration/Listing (DPL) across General Trade (GT) channels.
Productivity & Incentive Management
  • Ensure field teams achieve minimum 7 hours of geotagged productive time daily.
  • Manage Attendance & Coverage-linked incentive multipliers to drive discipline.
Review & Governance
  • Drive a structured review rhythm: L1 (Weekly), L2 (Monthly), L3 (HO-level).
  • Use R-A-G based dashboards for proactive performance monitoring.
  • Execute the Consequence Matrix for non-compliance through coaching and corrective actions.
  • Lead one strategic improvement initiative per quarter.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Sales Automation (SFA) and DMS platforms
  • Proven track record in General Trade (GT) operations
  • High analytical capability with dashboard & reporting proficiency (advance excel/power BI)
  • Strong leadership, discipline enforcement, and team coaching skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution at scale
