Role Description

The role involves collaborating with marketing and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, addressing basic product queries, and providing feedback from customers to improve services. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, build long-term client relationships, and represent Creators Mind™ professionally in all interactions.

• Proficiency in local languages and English to communicate clearly with a diverse client base.
